REACH Restriction: DecaBDE Substitutes Query

ECHA is asking for information related to the feasibility of using substitutes believed to be available for DecaBDE (Decabromodiphenylether) as they prepare the restriction of use for that flame retardant: here.  It would appear they are giving consideration to the practical issues of banning chemicals and will continue to be willing to tailor restrictions under Article XV of REACH.
