Access a copy and summary of the Safe Chemicals Act of 2010 on Sen. Lautenberg’s site here.
I’ll be reviewing it shortly. Devil’s always in the detail!
Still slogging through this. Wow – this isn’t “reform” this is a total rewrite! It set up enormous data collection and review by companies and EPA. I worry that things will come to a stand-still as all parties will be overwhelmed.
