TSCA Problem Formulation & Initial Assessment

EPA is opening up its deliberations on more “Work Plan” chemicals with a new set of Problem Formulation and Initial Assessments completed on

• Chlorinated Phosphate Esters
• Cyclic Aliphatic Bromides
• Tetrabromobisphenol A
• Brominated Phthalates

Now is the time to jump in with data and information to make sure EPA is working from the best assumptions before it draws further risk conclusions.  Comments on the above chemicals are requested by October 13, 2015. Federal Register notice.
