States Still Pressing for Green Chemicals

Excellent summary article by Mark DuVall in the National Law Review:  On the Cusp of TSCA Reform, States Continue to Regulate Chemicals

I can sympathize with the state frustration over the pace of Congressional action to kick TSCA into gear, but why certain states think they have the time to spend fiddling with individual chemicals is beyond me.
