ECHA has now started to publish lists of article types that may contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC). As a result, article suppliers may be getting more questions from consumers that they have to answer in 45 days as to whether their products contain >0.1% by weight of an SVHC. (Of course, the use of the SVHC should already have been registered or notified to ECHA.)
