ECHA is guessing 28, 000 - 35,000 dossiers will be submitted by Nov 2010. Wow!
They've already received a few hundred dossiers and are trying to help submitters with completeness checks.
No major change on dealing with articles with SVHC - the 0.1% concentration threshold still applies to the whole article as marketed.
