The Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) rule submissions are due in one month: August 13, 2012.
Don’t put it off until the last minute. Rumors abound about how the eCDR CDX system is not the most robust in the world. I can imagine periodic downtimes that last week as everyone scrambles to submit forms.

2. arsenic acid
3. dichromium tris(chromate)
4. strontium chromate
5. potassium hydroxyoctaoxodizincatedichromate
6. pentazinc chromate octahydroxide
7. bis(2-methoxyethyl) ether (diglyme)
8. N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAC)

The REACH Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) Candidate List just keeps getting longer: 13 more added from the CMR (carcinogen, mutagen, reproductive toxin) category: check the top of the current SVHC Candidate List
Remember: listing triggers notice to ECHA for articles within 6 months (unless use already registered) and informing customers if >0.1%. obligations -

Make sure confidential claims have been appropriately made (and paid for) in REACH dossiers and Safety Data Sheets – because ECHA is going to publish REACH registrants and chemical identities using the logic that if it’s on the SDS, it doesn’t matter what is claimed in the REACH dossier.
