I recommend you read “Chemical assessment state of the science: Evaluation of 32 decision-support tools used to screen and prioritize chemicals.”  Nice review of various chemical assessment software packages. Choose tools that will inform risk management decisions – hazard and exposure – and that make sense for your products. These are tools, not answers. While they will improve over time, decision-making will always be values-based judgements.
