FTC Waking Up?

FTC enforcement of its guides might be resuming: see this 6/9/09 action against Kmart and others here.  Of course, I've seen nothing since....

The EU claims to be tightening their Ecolabel here.
Google search on "green claim" gets 50.4 million hits on Jan 6, 2010.  Good grief.  Think any of these are bogus?  Be smart.
