cadmium chloride; sodium perborate, sodium peroxometaborate, and 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid dihexyl ester branched and linear have been added to the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) under REACH, bringing the total to 155 chemicals perhaps destined for restrictions and now subject to notification of customers and possibly ECHA..
