ECHA will be releasing the names of the companies who have registered hazardous substances under REACH unless confidentiality has been substantiated and a fee paid.  They will also release the registration number and information on the safety data sheet and whether the chemical is considered PBT or vPvB.  Nonhazardous substances submitters can voluntarily release their information.

Presumably this was instigated by the NGO lawsuit to release more dossier information. See recent Environmental Leader article.

At least this might make it easier to check whether your supplier has covered your chemicals, if the supplier doesn't go through the effort to claim confidentiality of its marketing info.
